Young writer Sam has a beat on Birdie, the quirky and cute barista at his local restaurant. When his attempts to ditch her crash and burn off, he takes his efforts on line, creating an Internet profile embellished with each of the important points that could make him Birdie's fantasy guy. Birdie falls because of his alter ego that is exaggerated and when the hare brained plot is really a surprise success, Sam lose his fantasy girl forever or needs to maintain the action.
