After the charming and horrifically mutated toxic squirrel Tromie destroys the Nukamama Power Plant. Roger Smith (Brick Bronsky) and his half-subhumanoid son Adlai (also played by Brick Bronsky) are rebuilding Tromaville into a community where humans and subhumanoids can coexist peacefully. Unbeknownst to them, Adlai's twin brother Dick (again played by Brick Bronsky!), who was abducted at infancy and nurtured by the malevolent Power Clite, has plans to regain control of the Subhumanoids and convert Tromaville into a nuclear waste dump. In an epic sci-fi combat fit for kings, "The Good, the Bad, and the Subhumanoid" square off!
