Four close friends take a cottage vacation in the dead of winter, looking for refuge from their hectic urban lives, if only for one weekend break. From the minute they reach their destination, the visitors, a group of twenty-something musician kinds, are confronted by the ominous look of neighbouring cottagers, every one of whom have no choice however to tough out the cool winter months in this little, country community.
