Set in Charlotte, N.C., the story opens up with everyone desperate to solve the most up to date situation: a serial awesome is specializing in out-of-town business owners. Hammer and also West make the murder investigation their leading priority. But West is less than happy when Hammer sets her up with Brazil, a cub reporter assigned to cover the cops division.
