Overview:
France, 1425. In the midst of the Hundred Years' War, a young girl named Jeannette, who was only 8 years old at the time, tends to her sheep in the quaint community of Domremy. One day, she confides in her close friend Hauviette that she simply cannot stand to observe the anguish that the English are causing. A nun by the name of Madame Gervaise tries to talk some sense into the young girl, but Jeannette is ready to take up arms for the sake of the emancipation of the Kingdom of France and the saving of souls. She will become Joan of Arc because her faith will carry her.
