A controversial portrayal of teens in New York City which exposes a profoundly troubling world of sex and substance abuse. The movie focuses to a sexually reckless, freckle-faced boy called Telly, whose goal would be to have sex with as many girls that are different as they can. When Jenny, a girl who has had sex just one time, tests positive for HIV, she knows the illness contracted from Telly. If Jenny discovers that Telly's concept of"safe sex" would be to simply have sex with virgins, also so is ongoing to pass the disease on other unsuspecting girls, Jenny makes it her company to try to prevent him.
