Michael Chapman used to be a child television star. On order to avoid being unable to find work as an adult, he and his brother decide to open their own talent agency, which specializes in kid performers. They can't seem to locate the next great thing, and they're forced to deal with another agency that isn't beyond bribing youngsters in order to get them to join their roster. In the course of his search, Michael comes across a young girl who is both fiery and sweet, and he believes she may be the person they are looking for.
