In a future Japan's lawless Ishinari District, Ami (Hina Nagimiya) and Yoshie (Hanakage Kanon), who sold their bodies to aid their parents, attempt to make a livelihood as an idol group in the neighborhood. When their performance causes Matsukata (Tak Sakaguchi), a known hitman, to notice their situation, the three recognize their value to one another in the struggle against Aoyama Dharma (Kimono Negishi), the female chief of an infamous organ harvesting ring. Realizing that their skills are no match for her army of thugs and henchmen, the two equip themselves with custom-made weapons and become the ultimate murderers.
