The location is a Japanese-style village called "Little Tokyo," where the Pizza Cats own and operate a pizza fast food restaurant. Animals of various types live in Little Tokyo. The Emperor is the town's official governor, but since he has gone insane, a council is in charge of the village's well-being. Seymour "Big" Cheese, a member of this council, secretly seeks to take control of the hamlet. The pizza delivery service is simply a front for their genuine job... When evil is in the air, the Pizza Cats are launched towards the threat by the gun-shaped clock tower that emerges from the top of their restaurant.
