Set in 1988 in Hiroshima, Japan, before the enactment of the crime law. A rumor is that Detective Shogo Ogami has joins with all the yakuza. He's partnered with Detective Shuichi Hioka and they explore a missing man case involving a company employee. Conflicts between yakuza classes that are opposing are increasingly more serious.
